The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards are a wrap!
The Ludacris-hosted show aired live from Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre on Thursday night (March 26). Taylor Swift came into the night as the leading nominee with nine nominations, and she left with seven of those prizes — including the top award of Artist of the Year, an honor she’s now won the last three years. The seven wins extend her record as the winningest artist in the show’s history, with 41 iHeartRadio Music Awards to her name.

Also on the show, John Mellencamp was honored with the 2026 iHeartRadio Icon Award, host Ludacris receives the 2026 iHeartRadio Landmark Award, Miley Cyrus was honored with the 2026 iHeartRadio Innovator Award and Alex Warren received the 2026 iHeartRadio Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award — in addition to winning Song of the Year for “Ordinary.”
Performers for the night included Warren, Mellencamp, Kehlani, Lainey Wilson, Luda, RAYE and, performing for the first time together, TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue.
The 13th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrated the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2025. The show included three new categories this year: favorite TikTok dance, favorite debut album and favorite K-pop collab.
