Ahead of their debut combined set at Coachella this weekend billed as Nine Inch Noize, Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize are teasing the self-titled release of collaborative music on April 17. Its existence was revealed today (April 8) on Coachella promotional billboards erected along California’s I-10 highway.

For now, there’s no information whatsoever about what the release might contain, with speculation ranging from live recordings the artists made while performing during NIN’s recent Peel It Back tour to studio tracks or remixes. Nine Inch Noize can be pre-saved here.

More from Spin:

The artists first worked together in 2024 on a Boys Noize remix of NIN members Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross’ score for the film Challengers. From there, Boys Noize was drafted as the opening act on the Peel It Back run, which hit North American arenas both last fall and earlier this year. Those shows were highlighted by segments on a smaller b-stage where the artists transformed NIN songs into new electronic arrangements.

Most recently, Boys Noize was featured on a reimagined version of NIN’s Tron: Ares score released in late February.
