Luke Combs now has a family of five. The country superstar and his wife, Nicole, announced Thursday (Feb. 19) that they’ve welcomed their third baby boy, Chet Wiley Combs.
According to the couple’s joint Instagram announcement, Chet arrived weeks ago, but Thursday’s caption celebrated the baby’s expected due date.
“Happy due date to the littlest Combs BOY!” the couple wrote on Instagram. “We’ve loved soaking up these last few weeks of newborn snuggles.”
In addition to the baby boy’s full name, the couple also shared three new photos: one of the now-five-member family — including Chet’s big brothers Tex (3 years old) and Beau (2) — followed by a close-up of Chet’s tiny hand held by Luke and Nicole’s hands and a final pic of Tex and Beau loving on their little bro.
Nicole shared the photo of she and Luke holding Chet’s hand with this sweet comment: “The little HAND. You really do forget how small they are.”
The Combses announced that they were expecting a third child back in September, sharing a video of Luke and Nicole surprising Tex and Beau with the news. The couple captioned the video with “Third time’s a charm! Baby #3 coming this winter.”
Luke and Nicole were married in 2020.
Combs is gearing up to release his sixth studio album next month, March 20’s The Way I Am. So far he’s released three songs from the project: “Back in the Saddle,” a No. 1 Country Airplay hit; “Days Like These,” a top 10 Country Airplay hit; and “Sleepless in a Hotel Room,” a top 20 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 3 on Hot Country Songs.
