This week, Ed O’Brien revealed that a welcome compromise has been reached, allowing Radiohead to continue touring – 20 shows per year from 2027, in a different continent each time – while each member simultaneously pursues their fruitful solo ventures.
In O’Brien’s case, that includes his freshly announced second solo album Blue Morpho, produced by Paul Epworth and featuring contributions from Shabaka Hutchings and the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra. You can listen to the title track and watch a trailer for the accompanying short film here.
