She went missing from her home in Lake Elsinore, Calif.,\u202fat the age of 13\u202fin April 2024 and Los Angeles police discovered Rivas\u2019\u202fpartially dismembered and decomposed body in the front trunk of an impounded Tesla registered to D4vd\u202fin September.\u2019 The singer\u2019s attorneys say they\u2019ll \u201cvigorously defend\u201d his innocence.
