\n\tIce Spice <\/a>was enjoying a late-night McDonald\u2019s snack early Wednesday but ended up getting into another kind of beef.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Bronx native was involved in a physical confrontation with another woman at the Hollywood fast-food restaurant, and footage of the viral altercation was posted by <\/em>TMZ<\/em> <\/a>on Friday (April 17).<\/p>\n

\n\tUnaccompanied by security, footage shows Ice Spice and a friend chatting in a McDonald\u2019s booth over a meal when they were approached by another patron. The \u201cDeli\u201d rapper rejected the female fan\u2019s advances for a conversation, which escalated the situation.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhere you from?\u201d the fan repeatedly asked. To which Ice hilariously responded: \u201cI\u2019m from McDonald\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe woman became angry and slapped Ice Spice and a melee ensued, as Ice jumped across tables while shouting at the perpetrator. A separate group of individuals got involved, but the situation didn\u2019t defuse and continued outside.<\/p>\n

\n\tIce and another male individual got into a separate heated argument. \u201cLet me fight the bi\u2014,\u201d Ice insisted. \u201cLet me fight her. On your momma, let me fight her. Let me fight the bi\u2014. Why would you want to fight me? Are you a bi\u2014? You\u2019re 120 pounds, let\u2019s get at it then! Y\u2019all think because a bi\u2014 famous\u2026 F\u2014 you mean, what happened? Where she at?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFootage shows the altercation getting physical once again with the male and female perpetrators against Ice Spice, who ended up on the ground. \u201cHe pushed her,\u201d Ice\u2019s friend claimed. <\/p>\n

\n\tIce Spice\u2019s attorney, Bradford Cohen, relayed in a statement to Billboard<\/em> on Friday that they will be exploring all avenues to \u201chold the perpetrators responsible for their actions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all criminal and civil avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions,\u201d Cohen said. \u201cWe are also exploring holding the location responsible for their apparent lack of appropriate security.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe powerhouse attorney continued: \u201cNot to mention that the individuals involved obviously did not realize that we would get the video from inside the McDonald\u2019s where the unprovoked attack occurred. They then turned their cameras on after the initial attack as if to set our client up, and as they say on the video to \u2018go viral.\u2019 The only thing that will be going viral for them is their mugshots.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe female perpetrator, who identified herself as Vayah, spoke to TMZ<\/em> <\/a>following the altercation to give her side of the story. \u201cIce Spice was just being rude. She was like, \u2018Why are you over here? You could leave,’\u201d she said. \u201cThen she calls me a bi\u2014. So after she calls me a bi\u2014, I hit her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tVayah claimed that Ice Spice picked up her friend\u2019s phone and threw it, which resulted in a cracked screen. \u201cShe lost a fan, I can\u2019t listen the same to her anymore,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

\n\tOn the music side, Ice hasn\u2019t released any new singles in 2026. Back in December, she teamed up with TOKISCHA for \u201cThootie.\u201d<\/p>\n
