The boutique event will returns to Arcosanti on Oct. 9-11 with another expertly curated bill, led by Lorde, Big Thief\u2019s Adrianne Lenker, Blood Orange, Kamasi Washington, Turnstile, Disclosure and\u2026 Geese.<\/p>\n<p>With attendance capped at just 2,500, FORM remains one of the rare festivals where a global headliner can feel like a secret show. This year, that includes what\u2019s poised to be one of the smallest performances of Lorde\u2019s recent career, alongside Lenker\u2019s only announced solo set of 2026. What began in 2014 as a DIY release party for founder Zach Tetreault\u2019s band Hundred Waters has evolved into one of the most distinctive festivals in the U.S., thanks to its intentional scale and admirable refusal to expand.<\/p>\n<p>This year, a new partnership with Spotify will kick off with a dedicated Fresh Finds stage spotlighting emerging independent artists, while the ambient-focused Envelop Stage returns with immersive, longform sets from artists including Tycho.
