Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon has today revealed details of his upcoming turn as Bon Dylan at his own Eaux Claires Festival, taking place at the city’s Carson Park on July 24-25.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bon Iver\u2019s Justin Vernon has today revealed details of his upcoming turn as Bon Dylan at his own Eaux Claires Festival, taking place at the city\u2019s Carson Park on July 24-25.<\/p>\n

Backed by a band of friends and frequent collaborators \u2013 including JT Bates, Sean Carey and Phil Cook \u2013 for one night only, Vernon will perform as Bob Dylan circa 1994, doing songs from every era.<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t felt much like being what I\u2019ve been,\u201d says Vernon. \u201cSo I thought it\u2019d be cool to try to be Bob Dylan for a night. I\u2019m trying to turn Bon into Bob.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vernon explains more in the video below, soundtracked by Bon Dylan playing \u201cNot Dark Yet\u201d at a rehearsal in March:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
