\n\tThe first collab is titled \u201cSuzanne\u201d and is slated to arrive on Friday. People<\/a><\/em> caught up with RAYE backstage at Governors Ball <\/a>in NYC over the weekend, where she opened up about her initial hesitancy to team up with Ronson, who predominantly produced Winehouse\u2019s final album, Back to Black<\/em>, alongside Salaam Remi<\/a> in 2006.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHonestly, I\u2019m not gonna lie, I actually was quite nervous and scared to work with him,\u201d she admitted. \u201cI just do want to say that I know I can never, ever, ever, ever, ever attempt to replace or imitate Amy. I\u2019m in awe of her. We all are, and we miss her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRAYE continued: \u201cIt\u2019s quite a tough thing to even allow myself to create so freely with him,\u201d she says. \u201cBut I really just wanted to be like, \u2018Do you know what? I just need to forget what anyone else is gonna say about this.\u2019 I absolutely love this producer. I\u2019ve always wanted to work with this producer since I was a little girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTheir second collaboration is set to be released later in June, with \u201cGrandma Calls the Boy Bad News\u201d slated to land on the F1<\/em> soundtrack. <\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe\u2019ve made music together that I\u2019m so proud of, and I love,\u201d she gushed. \u201cI play it, and it makes me happy and joyful, so I\u2019m proud.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe \u201cEscapism\u201d singer\u2019s next album is starting to take shape, but she\u2019s stuck without a title for the project, which follows her acclaimed 2023 LP, My 21st Century Blues<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI don\u2019t have an album title,\u201d RAYE said. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018What is it gonna be called?\u2019 It\u2019s stressing me out right now, I can\u2019t lie, because I\u2019ve got the music starting to really come there. I just don\u2019t know what this album\u2019s gonna be called. In my humble opinion,\u00a0My 21st Century Blues<\/em>\u00a0is such a fire album title, and I can\u2019t hand in an album title that\u2019s less good than that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
