\n\tBackstreet\u2019s back, alright. You might have thought the Backstreet Boys<\/a> peaked in the early 2000s, but fans dressed in all white leaving Las Vegas\u2019 Sphere Friday night (July 11) would disagree. The group of five arguably put on their best show yet in the high-tech venue right off the strip.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\tBackstreet Boys\u2019 \u2018Into the Millennium\u2019 Setlist: Night 1 at Las Vegas\u2019 Sphere Goes Beyond the\u2026\t\t<\/p>\n<\/h3><\/div>\n

\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

\n\tInto the Millennium<\/em>\u2018s opening night transported fans to outer space as a massive screen surrounded them with visuals of a spacecraft right before the band appeared on stage. The Backstreet Boys \u2014 Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson \u2014 launched into a night of hits with \u201cLarger Than Life,\u201d which was the perfect description of the show they had created.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAlthough the show was celebrating the group\u2019s landmark album Millennium<\/em> and journeyed\u00a0through the entire track list, they also performed the recently released \u201cHey,\u201d and they ventured into other albums like Black & Blue<\/em>. Cue almost 20,000 people dancing to \u201cThe Call\u201d and belting \u201cShape of My Heart.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSpeaking of belting, the gentlemen\u2019s vocals shined. They didn\u2019t miss a note or a beat \u2014 as they also included all the nostalgic choreography we\u2019ve come to expect.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tHighlights of the evening at the over-the-top venue included one moment when the gigantic screen showed the men etched in the side of a mountain during \u201cSiberia,\u201d and another when they rose high above the crowd on a ship singing signature song\u201d\u201cI Want It That Way.\u201d It was the perfect blend of spectacle and heart.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThey closed the night with \u201cEverybody (Backstreet\u2019s Back).\u201d (See the complete night one setlist here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n\tAs everyone poured out into the streets of Vegas, we\u2019d gamble that many of them will be back to see the show again. \u00a0<\/p>\n
