Show With Tool Members, Matt Stone"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.spin.com\/files\/2025\/08\/GettyImages-2225496857-scaled.jpg\" width=\"1290\" height=\"921\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>Primus pulled in an eclectic list of surprise guests for its show last night (Aug. 6) at Los Angeles\u2019 Greek Theatre, welcoming Tool drummer Danny Carey and bassist Justin Chancellor, opening act Ty Segall, <em>South Park<\/em> co-creator Matt Stone, comedian Bill Burr and bass virtuoso MonoNeon onstage at various points.<\/p>\n<p>Chancellor and Burr (on drums) drove the rhythm section on \u201cToo Many Puppies,\u201d while Stone manned the drum kit for a cover of King Crimson\u2019s \u201cThela Hun Ginjeet,\u201d which Primus had only performed a handful of times since 1994.
