\n\tClipse<\/a> made history when they became the first rappers to perform at the Vatican on Sept. 13 for the Grace for the World concert, which was produced by the duo\u2019s close friend and longtime collaborator Pharrell. <\/a><\/p>\n

\n\tThe Thornton brothers brought Let God Sort Em Ou<\/em>t to the holy ground for a poignant performance of Clipse\u2019s album opener \u201cThe Birds Don\u2019t Sing,\u201d which is an emotional tribute to their late parents. <\/p>\n

\n\tPusha T <\/a>and Malice feel they carry a responsibility to bring hip-hop to places it hasn\u2019t been before while continuing to elevate the genre. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt was definitely a moment for us,\u201d Malice told\u00a0VIBE<\/em>. \u201cI think we definitely broke ground. It\u2019s overdue and past time that people understand that hip-hop belongs everywhere. It\u2019s expression, it\u2019s communication, it teaches the world about our culture. It\u2019s an art form that\u2019s celebrated in every walk of life. It\u2019s nothing that should be surprising \u2014 we should be celebrated everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n
