That\u2019s down 92% compared to the album\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/taylor-swift-life-of-a-showgirl-number-one-billboard-200\/\">modern-era-record<\/a> debut with 4.002 million units a week ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>Showgirl<\/em>\u2019s second week is the fifth-largest week of 2025 for any album. Further, it\u2019s the largest second week for any album since Swift\u2019s last project, <em>The Tortured Poets Department<\/em>, earned 439,000 in its sophomore frame (May 11, 2024, chart).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>Showgirl<\/em> is only the third album to spend its first two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2025, following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/morgan-wallen\/\">Morgan Wallen<\/a>\u2019s <em>I\u2019m the Problem<\/em> (its first eight) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/playboi-carti\/\">Playboi Carti<\/a>\u2019s <em>MUSIC<\/em> (two).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>Showgirl<\/em> leads a sleepy top 10 on the latest Billboard 200, where no albums debut in the region. Within the top 10, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/olivia-dean\/\">Olivia Dean<\/a>\u2019s <em>The Art of Loving<\/em> hits a new peak, rising 7-6 in its third week on the chart. It\u2019s only the third album this year to debut in the top 10 and climb to a new high after its opening week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 3,750 ad-supported or 1,250 paid\/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album. The new, Oct. 25, 2025-dated chart will be posted in full on\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>\u2018s website on Oct. 20. For all chart news, follow @billboard and @billboardcharts on both X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tOf <em>The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>\u2019s 338,000 equivalent album units earned in the latest tracking week, SEA units comprise 236,000 (down 55%, equaling 307.59 million on-demand official streams of the set\u2019s tracks \u2014 it holds at No. 1 on Top Streaming Albums for a second week), album sales comprise 101,000 (down 97% \u2014 it\u2019s No. 1 on Top Album Sales for a second week) and TEA units comprise 1,000. It its first week, none of the album\u2019s tracks were available to purchase individually; in its second week, its promoted single, and Billboard Hot 100 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/taylor-swift-hot-100-fate-of-ophelia-number-one\/\">No. 1<\/a>, \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia\u201d was.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe rest of the top five on the Billboard 200 are all non-moving former No. 1s. The <em>KPop Demon Hunters<\/em> soundtrack is No. 2 (104,000 equivalent album units, up 9%); Wallen\u2019s <em>I\u2019m the Problem<\/em> is No. 3 (79,000, down 4%); <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/cardi-b\/\">Cardi B<\/a>\u2019s <em>AM I THE DRAMA?<\/em> is No. 4 (50,000, down 21%) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/sabrina-carpenter\/\">Sabrina Carpenter<\/a>\u2019s <em>Man\u2019s Best Friend<\/em> is No. 5 (45,000, down 10%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tOlivia Dean\u2019s <em>The Art of Loving<\/em> hits a new high, rising 7-6 in its third week on the list (36,000 equivalent album units earned, up 5%). The set debuted at No. 8 two weeks ago. It\u2019s only the third album to debut in the top 10 this year and rise to a new peak in a later week, following the <em>KPop Demon Hunters<\/em> soundtrack (No. 8 debut, ultimately reaching No. 1 in its 12th week) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/bad-bunny\/\">Bad Bunny<\/a>\u2019s <em>DeB\u00cd TiRAR M\u00e1S FOToS <\/em>(No. 2 debut; No. 1 a week later).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>DeB\u00cd TiRAR M\u00e1S FOToS <\/em>falls 6-7 on the latest Billboard 200 (33,000 equivalent album units, down 19%) while SZA\u2019s former leader <em>SOS<\/em> rises 9-8 (32,000, up 1%), Alex Warren\u2019s <em>You\u2019ll Be Alright, Kid<\/em> slips 8-9 (nearly 32,000, down 1%), and Wallen\u2019s former No. 1 <em>One Thing at a Time<\/em> is steady at No. 10 (31,000, down 1%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>Luminate, the independent data provider to the\u00a0<\/em>Billboard<em>\u00a0charts, completes a thorough review of all data submissions used in compiling the weekly chart rankings.
