\n\tUPDATE:<\/strong> Rene\u00e9 Rapp has moved the concert set for Wednesday night (Oct. 29) in Charlotte, North Carolina, to next week, on Nov. 7. \u201cAs of right now, I still don\u2019t have a voice,\u201d she wrote on her Instagram Story<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m recovering slowly but not in a place where I am able to perform safely \u2026 at my hometown show- I am so sorry and heartbroken that I have to postpone.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\n\tPREVIOUSLY:<\/em><\/strong> Rene\u00e9 Rapp<\/a> has been criss-crossing North America for the past month on her headlining Bite Me tour. But over the weekend, the singer and former Sex Lives of College Girls<\/em> star had to pump the brakes on two planned late-tour dates on doctor\u2019s orders.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIn my career I have never had to do this before \u2014 but I have to reschedule tonight and tomorrow\u2019s shows,\u201d she wrote on Sunday on her Instagram Story<\/a> of the gig originally planned for Sunday (Oct. 26) at State Farm Arena in Atlanta and another scheduled for Monday (Oct 27) at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Fla. \u201cI\u2019ve been pushing through an illness but my body has finally given out. My doctors have told me that it isn\u2019t safe to perform due to the need for vocal rest and physical recovery\u201d she added. <\/p>\n

\n\tRapp told fans that the Tampa show will now take place on Nov. 4 and the Atlanta stop has been pushed to Nov. 5. All original tickets will be honored for the new dates. In the meantime, Rapp said, the show scheduled for the Spectrum Centre in Charlotte, N.C. on Wednesday (Oct. 29) is still scheduled to move forward as planned.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI truly appreciate how much time, planning and preparation goes into coming to a show,\u201d Rapp wrote. \u201cI can\u2019t describe to you how sorry I am to have to move things around. I love you all and I will see you soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter the final three North American dates, Rapp will be back on the road in early 2026 for a European swing that is slated to kick off on March 11 at Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium and keep her on the road through a March 22 show at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland.<\/p>\n
