Although\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0only November, all signs point to\u00a0more\u00a0growth in revenue, ticket sales,\u00a0attendance\u00a0and sponsorships in 2026. Fan demand\u00a0isn\u2019t\u00a0falling back to earth any time soon, and Live Nation has made investments \u2014 renovations, new\u00a0venues\u00a0and acquisitions \u2014 to capture as much of that \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Stadiums Dominated 2025 and Will Be Big Again in 2026<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn the concert business, the venue matters. Live Nation\u2019s owned and operated amphitheaters\u00a0historically\u00a0generate\u00a0better margins than other venues, but in\u00a02025, there have been more stadium shows. \u201cA lot of artists decided\u00a0not to play arenas and amphitheaters and go\u00a0for\u00a0stadiums,\u201d said Rapino. In fact, in the third quarter, Live Nation had 250 fewer amphitheater shows and 120 more stadium shows, according to Berchtold. Part of the growth comes down to offering the right products. Non-alcoholic drink sales were\u00a0up\u00a0by\u00a020%, and ready-to-drink options were up, too.\u00a0The growth can\u00a0also\u00a0be attributed to renovations at amphitheaters that created VIP areas with premium food and beverage options.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAmidst the growing importance of VIP options to Live Nation\u2019s business,\u00a0the company\u00a0said\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0not seeing any pullback from lower income brackets. \u201cNo, we have not seen any of that,\u201d Rapino said when asked by Citi analyst Jason Bazinet if there was evidence\u00a0of \u201cbimodal\u201d consumer behavior. Many shows for 2026 are already on sale, Rapino noted, and the company saw \u201cno pull-back anywhere.\u201d \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>More Gains into the Fourth Quarter and 2026<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe fourth quarter\u00a0and\u00a02026 are\u00a0expected to continue the trends\u00a0seen\u00a0in the first three quarters of\u00a02025. Deferred revenue \u2014 money collected but not yet recognized as revenue for accounting purposes \u2014 is an important metric for assessing demand for upcoming events. Live Nation\u2019s deferred revenue is up big from a year earlier: Event-related deferred revenue of\u00a0$3.5 billion\u00a0was up 37% from the prior-year period, and\u00a0Ticketmaster\u2019s deferred revenue of $231 million was up 30%. In addition, Live Nation says its large venue show pipeline for 2026 is up\u00a0by\u00a0double-digits, and ticket sales for concerts in 2026 have already reached 26 million.
