Success Just Came\u2019<\/a>\n\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spin.com\/2025\/05\/5-albums-i-cant-live-without-paul-leary-of-butthole-surfers\/\">5 Albums I Can\u2019t Live Without: Paul\u00a0Leary of Butthole Surfers<\/a>\n\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The musicians even worked in a tease of Frampton\u2019s \u201cDo You Feel Like We Do,\u201d which runs to more than 14 minutes on his iconic 1976 album <em>Frampton Comes Alive!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis gentleman was someone we looked up to before the Ramones. Some of our first guitar heroes, [like] Jimmy Fage and Pete Townsend, he was right up there,\u201d frontman Eddie Vedder said beforehand. \u201cIt was one of reasons why we loved live records, and later we decided to release bootlegs because of his influence. He\u2019s such an incredible human being on top of it. It is our honor, because at this point he\u2019s become a good friend to the group. He\u2019s recorded with Mike and [drummer] Matt Cameron and we get to play with him tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last night\u2019s show was broadcast live on SiriusXM\u2019s Pearl Jam Radio and featured just the third performance of the <em>Binaural<\/em> song \u201cInsignificance\u201d since 2016. The same album\u2019s \u201cGods\u2019 Dice\u201d was on the printed set list but crossed out; it has only been aired live once in the past seven years. Later, Vedder saluted McCready\u2019s wife Ashley and Cameron\u2019s wife April, who were with the band in Nashville ahead of Mother\u2019s Day on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Frampton will begin a short summer North American tour June 13 outside Seattle.
