The movie features Chalamet as a 1950s-era rising table tennis star alongside Gywneth Paltrow and Odessa A\u2019zion and will be released on Christmas Day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was delighted that \u2018I Have the Touch\u2018 was chosen for the soundtrack of\u00a0<em>Marty Supreme<\/em>,\u201d Gabriel wrote on his <a href=\"https:\/\/petergabriel.com\/news\/marty-supreme\/\" target=\"_blank\">web site<\/a>. \u201cThe song is rarely asked out for a dance and I have always loved table tennis. Now there seems to be a real buzz about the film. The other curious fact is that three of the songs chosen for the soundtrack were written and recorded around the city of Bath: the Korgis \u2018Everybody\u2019s Got To Learn Sometime,\u2019 Tears for Fears\u2019 \u2018Everybody Wants To Rule the World\u2019 and \u2018I Have the Touch.\u2019 Thank you to the director Josh Safdie!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI Have the Touch\u201d is a highlight of Gabriel\u2019s fourth self-titled solo album following his 1975 departure from Genesis.
