\n\tUrban released a video Monday morning that starts with him playing a sweet audio recording of his 10-year-old self playing banjo and singing \u201cApplejack,\u201d a traditional country tune Parton wrote and recorded in 1977 for New Harvest\u2026First Gathering<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\tLaughing at his younger self, Urban adds, \u201cI\u2019m just here to say you\u2019ve been a massive inspiration to me for a long time, Dolly, and God, thank you. Thank you for everything you\u2019ve ever done.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tHe goes on to thank her for the inspiration she\u2019s provided as a songwriter, artist and humanitarian. \u201cJust the goodness that you\u2019re brought into the world with your heart and your curiosity and your passion and your insane musical gift,\u201d the singer says.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHere to many, many, many, many, many years ahead,\u201d Urban says in conclusion. \u201cI love you, Dolly.\u201d<\/p>\n
