The project will be released May 8 through Phoebe Bridgers\u2019 Saddest Factory label through Secretly Group.<\/p>\n<p>The Katie Gavin-led trio calls \u201cDancing on the Wall\u201d \u201cpossibly our favorite song we\u2019ve made as a band. We think it\u2019s all the best parts of MUNA. It\u2019s coming from a really emotional and lonely place, but the song itself makes us feel powerful and euphoric. It\u2019s written in the moment that the clock strikes midnight at the ball, and you have to give up the fantasy. It featured contributions from Bridgers, Mitski, Leland, songwriters\/producers Ian Fitchuk and Daniel Tashian and Joy Oladokun.<\/p>\n<p>MUNA will introduce <em>Dancing on the Wall<\/em> through small club shows in Los Angeles, New York and London starting on the day of its release. \u201cIt\u2019s a record that sits comfortably in tension, inviting listeners onto the dance floor while keeping its inner world deliberately unresolved,\u201d the group says.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-here-are-muna-s-tour-dates\">Here are MUNA\u2019s tour dates:<\/h2>\n<p>May 8: Los Angeles (The Shrine)<br \/>May 16-18: Brooklyn, N.Y.
