The track will be found on the group\u2019s upcoming album, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/thisiscrimewave.ffm.to\/lifers\" target=\"_blank\">LIFERS<\/a><\/em>, which is due April 3.<\/p>\n<p>Codefendants features NOFX\u2019s Fat Mike in tandem with Get Dead\u2019s Sam King and Julio \u201cCeschi\u201d Ramos. It\u2019s a world where we\u2019re almost forced to co-star in a performance, where even the political elite are bad actors in an exaggerated, seemingly never-ending spectacle. The louder, brighter and more ever-present that spectacle becomes, the more our very existence is commodified\u2014and the more we lose ourselves, and our humanity, in the process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Adds Nowell, \u201cI know Fat Mike but I hadn\u2019t met the other Codefendants guys yet. I went in watching my back. I came out knowing who had it.\u201d Having recently wound down NOFX after a 40-plus-year run, Fat Mike says \u201cLonely Life\u201d is his \u201cfavorite song on the album because\u00a0it was one of the most beautiful collaborations between all members.
