\n\tRobbie Williams<\/a> will play stadiums when his BRITPOP World Tour<\/em> swings into Australia and New Zealand later this year.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe superstar British pop singer will perform some of his biggest Australasian concerts ever, and visit cities for the first time, on his seven-city trans-Tasman trek, announced Wednesday, March 18.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe jaunt will get underway Saturday, Nov. 7 at Adelaide Oval, then drops by Melbourne\u2019s Marvel Stadium, Sydney\u2019s Accor Stadium, Newcastle\u2019s McDonald Jones Stadium, and Brisbane\u2019s Suncorp Stadium, and wraps with shows on New Zealand\u2019s North (Eden Park, Auckland) and South Islands \u200b(Christchurch\u2019s One New Zealand Stadium).<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen Robbie completes his tour in Christchurch, on Nov. 28, he\u2019ll become the first international artist to perform at the city\u2019s new venue.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAustralia and New Zealand have always had a very special place in my heart. Ever since my first solo tours, you have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home,\u201d the former Take That singer says in a statement. \u201cI\u2019m beyond excited to be coming back this November for the BRITPOP World Tour. Can\u2019t wait to see you all there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAs the itinerary stands, Perth residents are unlucky to miss out.<\/p>\n

\n\tMichael Chugg\u2019s\u200b<\/strong> Chugg Entertainment and the concert promoter\u2019s partner Frontier Touring are producing the trek, which follows Williams\u2019 A Day On The Green run three years ago, in November 2023, part of his XXV<\/em> anniversary tour. More recently, he was in Australia to headline the 2025 New Year\u2019s Eve celebrations at the Sydney Opera House.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlthough Robbie can comfortably get his shopping done in the United States without being mobbed, he\u2019s a megastar in the U.K. and Europe, and around the globe. According to the Official Charts Company, Robbie boasts has six of the top 100 best-selling albums in British recorded music history, with 16 U.K. No. 1 albums as a solo artist \u2014 breaking the tie with the Beatles<\/a>, for the most leader of all time. He also owns 18 Brit \u00a0Awards, more than any other artist.<\/p>\n

\n\tA surprise release in January, Williams\u2019 BRITPOP album is a tip of the hat to the \u201890s Britpop era, featuring collaborations with Coldplay\u2019s Chris Martin, Supergrass\u2019 Gaz Coombes, Black Sabbath legend Tony Iommi, Mexican pop duo Jesse & Joy and Take That co-founder Gary Barlow. In a surprise no one, the album went straight to No. 1 in the U.K.<\/p>\n
